What to Do Next
If you are interested in hiring our hall, please read through the FAQ below and then complete the Hall Hire Enquiry Form.
Once we have received your form we will contact you in approximately 24 hours to let you know if the hall is available.
How do I check availability of the venue, cost or arrange a viewing?
Fill out the enquiry form at the bottom of this page. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours please text Lana on 07872 010309. Viewings are typically arranged on Tuesday evenings or Saturday afternoons.
How do I book my event or party?
Once we have received your completed enquiry form we will let you know if the hall is free for your event. If you would like to make a booking you need to read and agree the terms in our Terms and Condition Of Hall Hire and pay a £100 deposit.
How soon do I need to pay the full hiring fee?
The £100 refundable deposit secures your booking. The hiring fee must be paid no later than 14 days before the event.
How much is the hall hire?
This will depend on the number of hours that you need and how many staff we need to provide. Our Functions Manager Lana will provide you with a quotation once we have received your enquiry form.
May we bring our own catering?
Yes, you may bring your own food. The kitchen is small, but adequate, and contains a cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle.
May we bring a DJ?
Yes, DJs are welcome up to 12 midnight in line with our music licence. Between 12 and 1 a.m. background music only is permitted using our PA system. DJs are asked to consider the size of the venue and to use speakers that are proportionate to the size of the Hall.
May we bring our own drinks?
No, we have a strict policy that all drinks must be bought across the bar, including soft drinks. For children’s parties we can provide jugs of juice. All drinks are reasonably priced.
Can we pay for our guests’ drinks?
Yes, this can be arranged. You may put money behind the Bar. To organise this, please speak to Lana, our Functions Manager.
Can we get access before the party to set up and decorate the Hall?
Yes, you may have 1 to 2 hours for setting up on the day of the party. Access times need to be negotiated with the Functions Manager. We do not charge you for this time.
Do you allow 18th birthday parties?
Yes, we do if it is a family party, i.e. there is a mixed generational age profile with adults in attendance and one designated responsible person. Please note, it is a strict policy that no alcohol is brought on to the premises and failure to observe this rule will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Is there sufficient outdoor space for a bouncy castle?
Yes, our guests frequently make use of the outdoor space for this purpose.
May we hire the Hall later than 1 a.m.
No, this is not possible as we are in close proximity to local residents and need to consider noise levels. Guests are asked to leave quietly at the end of the function and not to linger in the car park or entrance to the Club.
Do you have chairs and tables?
Yes, we do. We can seat approximately 60 people with the available furniture. We can seat up to 90 guests with additional tables and seating.Please complete the form below and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
